Our process looks a little like this.....
Choose between models - Heritage, Daily Driver, Outdoorsman, Hunter, or Vice. Those packages give us a base to start with, and an idea of what your interests are. From there our design team will work with you to build out your cruiser.
We'll send you a contract and review payment, build schedule, and delivery terms. 25% upfront Deposit is required.
Once we know the scope of the build our team will use our access to a wealth of Cruisers and Classics around the globe to find the perfect cruiser with good bones, minimal rust, and everything you could ask for in a donor car. Only cars with matching engines and gearboxes are selected to ensure maximum integrity and investment-grade value.
Our team drives your car and runs a preliminary inspection. We check for signs of rust, repairs, and common major issues.
The beginning stages of your restoration are where we completely disassemble your Cruiser to ensure perfection and quality of work. Nothing is left unchecked as parts are sorted into individual cabinets and cubbies for each car. Parts that cannot be restored are replaced with Factory-Ordered parts or equivalent. Engine compartment is fully disassembled and refinished. Electrical connectors, wiring, battery straps and grounds are replaced. Vapor collection hoses, and fuel lines are new. Mounting hardware is reconditioned or replaced.
Engine & Transmission
The drivetrain: engine, transmission, and clutch assembly are overhauled and rebuilt to factory specs to ensure performance and reliability. Engine gets new carburetor, starter engine, oil/water/fuel pumps, and new or restored wiring. Crank, pistons, and cam shafts are measured. If not to spec new parts are used. Head inspected, machined, and fully rebuilt. Transmission, including front and rear differentials are completely disassembled, overhauled, and resealed. Bearings, seals, and gaskets are replaced. Worn gears are replaced. Engine is detailed and cosmetically restored.
Suspension, Brakes, Undercarriage, & Chassis
Front and rear suspension are completely overhauled. Brake pads, rotors, seals, gaskets and wheel bearings, as well as calipers are replaced. Fuel tank is removed, stripped, and refit. Chassis is stripped down to bare metal so every inch of the car can be fixed to factory new specs. Belly pan is stripped, undercoated, and refinished. All chassis gaps are reset to meet factory spec and tolerances. Undercarriage and floors receive a urethane or polyurea coating.
Exterior, Paint, Trim
Exterior is masked and resealed, covered with two wet coats of polyester primer and allowed to cure naturally for several days. We color sand and buff the vehicle to ensure best possible high-gloss paint finish before the car is assembled. Highest quality paints are used and two anti-corrosive coats are applied. Chrome trim and moldings are all removed, repaired, and anodized to factory specs. Front and rear windshield moldings are replaced with new parts. Screws and bolts are painted over per factory specs unless otherwise requested. Interiors are restored to factory spec. Complete carpet kits and new side and door panels are installed. A and B pillars are restored. All channel felts, seats, and scrapers are replaced with factory new parts. Body seals are replaced with original toyota seals. Body hardware is restored and zinc plated.

The Heritage model is a standard FJ40 "Show Quality" frame off restoration with a few tasteful upgrades to make those trips and trails a bit easier to navigate. Modern conveniences like an upgraded suspension, vintage looking stereo w/bluetooth, disk brakes, and Heat/AC give this Cruiser just enough to make it a bit more manageable without losing that vintage feel.
